The better that conversation, the fewer roles we will ever send you that are a poor fit.

We match you to live ads and roles that are about to open, then talk you through the ones worth your time. You choose what to pursue; we would never share your CV without your consent. We also use our network to uncover hidden opportunities that may not be available online. Each option comes with context on the practice, the team, and why we think it matches. If nothing is right that week we keep looking rather than pushing a weak shortlist. You stay in control of where your name goes.
Interview process
We set up the interview, brief you on the practice, and stay in the loop afterwards so you know where you stand. That briefing covers who you will meet, what they care about, and the questions that usually come up for this kind of role. After the interview we collect feedback from both sides and keep you informed. If it is not the right fit, we keep looking rather than pushing you through. You should never be left guessing for a week after a good conversation.
